1. Who may avail of the service?
- Registered concessionaire of the Binmaley Water District
- Personal request of the registered concessionaire or any concerned citizen or through telephone calls.
3. Fees & charges:
- Depends on the materials to be used after site inspection
4. Service availability:
- Mondays – Fridays – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Saturdays – 8:00 am to 12:00 nn
OR Anytime if leak or damage needs major repair
|> Step I||Make a request from the “Public Assistance & Complaints Desk” Officer on what services to be attended to.||Prepares the service request with job order for an immediate inspection and proper action by the maintenance men.||5 min.||Public Assistance and Complaints Desk (PACD) Officer|
|> Step II||Accompanies the assigned personnel for the inspection and secure list of materials to be used if there are any.||Inspects the site and lists down the materials to be used if there are any.||20-30 min.||Senior Water/ Sewerage Maintenance Man A/ Foreman|
|> Step III||Returns to the office for the assessment and payment of materials required. Secure an official receipt.||Computes the cost of the required materials and prepares Requisition Slip||3-5 min.||Property/Supply Assistant B|
|Receives payment and issue official receipt.||Cashier A|
|** Makes a requisition for the materials required if to be shouldered by the District||Property/Supply Assistant B|
|> Step IV||Witnesses how the service request is acted upon and acknowledged the maintenance order.||Makes the necessary action for the repair and maintenance of the service.||3-4 hours||Senior Water/Sewerage Maintenance Man & Utility Worker|
**** Computation of water bills with high consumption caused by busted pipes is based on the averaging of three-months billing or if the reason is found justifiable, adjustment is subject to the approval of the General Manager.
